Stained Glass Science
Years 5 and 6 visit Ely Cathedral and Ely Museum for some Science based around colour.
The children in years 5 and 6 have had some very exciting science days recently. The latest of these was a day looking at colour at the Stained Glass Muesum and Ely Museum. The children had several talks - The history of stained glass, how stained glass is made and colour in nature. They also took part in several activities - spectrophotometry of coloured glass and making their own 'stained glass' picture. Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed themselves. Thank you to everyone who took part.
