No it wasn't an adventure by Edith Blyton but it was just as interesting and exciting.  

Year 5 children visited the fire station to learn all sorts of things - road safety, electrical safety, spotting hazards out and about, staying away from railway lines, wearing a seat belt and of course - what do do in the event of a fire!

It was a very informative afternoon and everyone learnt a lot.  Thank you to Ely Fire Station for having us!
